Licensing & Support

Our licensing options are simple; your organization can run as many workstations and servers as it likes, and create as many separate Intranets as it requires. Subsidiary and division companies may all run Katana under their purchasing company's license. The only license limitation is that a parent company of a Katana licensee must purchase a separate license. For that reason we recommend your organization purchase Katana at the highest level. (I.e. If GM is the licensee, its Chevrolet, Oldsmobile, Cadillac divisions, and the GM subsidiary OnStar are also licensed. However, if Chevrolet is the licensee, then GM, Oldsmobile, Cadillac, and OnStar are not licensed.)

Our annual support contract is generous; your IT staff is not limited by the number of calls they place, or how much time is spent assisting them during those calls. Support fees are set according to the edition and modules your organization purchases.
